 You can pick your order up at our farm. Your beef will be individually wrapped by cuts, in commercial grade butcher wrap. We have found the butcher wrap to be more durable, and it maintains freshness even longer. If you are splitting a whole or half cow with another family, let us know and will we have the order separated for you ahead of time. 

 Yes, if you prefer your steaks a bit thinner or thicker, want more ground beef and less roast, etc, we will do everything possible to accommodate your needs. Just let us know when you place your order. 

 We offer a discount for returning customers and active military, law enforcement and first responders.  Returning customers that refer customers to us will receive a discount.

Hanging weight is the weight of the beef animal before processing and includes bones, tissues, and fat. Post processing the weight will be less than the hanging weight, due to removal of fat, muscle, tissue, etc.. Your packaged, USDA inspected frozen cuts should be about 25%-35% less weight than hanging weight depending on the type of cuts in your order. To be fair to our customers we strive to offer premium quality at fair pricing post processing.  

 Half Cow-

Includes approximately 200-265 lbs “hanging weight”. (Weight will vary based on Bone in and boneless packages)  

Whole Cow -

Includes approximately 400-525 lbs “hanging weight”.(Weight will vary based on Bone in and boneless packages) . This changes from cow to cow. 

We strive to provide our customers with the best experience by offering farm to table. Customers will pick up from the farm as we are a USDA inspected meat /Ga. Dept. of Agriculture licensed farm. Therefore, when its picked up from the farm no additional fees are are added such as processing or handling.
